Red Curry Grilled Chicken Wings
"This is an easy recipe that everybody will love. Great for a family BBQ. Serve with rice as part of a meal or as appetizer."
Ingredients​

10 chicken wings (washed and patted dry)

3 tbs of CurryFresh red curry paste

2 tbs of minced shallots (optional)

1 1/2 tsp of salt

1 tsp of sugar

1 tsp of light soy sauce

Preparation & Cooking Steps

Score each the wings with a sharp knife.

Marinade with salt, soy sauce and sugar first
-
Add the Curry Fresh and rub on
-
Let rest for 30 minutres or more in the refrigerator

Preheat the grill to 375 degree
-
Brush your wings with light cooking oil if your grill tends to stick
-
Grill the first side for about 7 minutes
-
Check and turn every 3 minutes for doneness
