Red Curry Grilled Shrimp
"An easy and tasty grilled item that nobody mind getting their hands dirty."
Ingredients​

1 1/2 lb shrimp (shell on, head on but deveined)

2 tablespoon butter softened

4 teaspoon CurryFresh red curry paste (yellow paste is also a great option)

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

4 clove garlic minced

1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation & Cooking Steps

Mix the butter, curry paste, salt, sugar, and garlic in a bowl.

Mix in the shrimp making sure each shrimp is fully covered with the marinade.

Skewer 3-4 shrimp to a bamboo skewer (optional)

Pre-heat your grill to 375 degrees

Place the skewers onto the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes

Turn the skewers to cook the other side for 1-2 minutes

The shrimps are done once they curl and their shells are bright orange red
