Red Curry Grilled Shrimp

"An easy and tasty grilled item that nobody mind getting their hands dirty." 

 

Ingredients​

  • 1 1/2 lb shrimp (shell on, head on but deveined)

  • 2 tablespoon butter softened

  • 4 teaspoon CurryFresh red curry paste (yellow paste is also a great option)

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 4 clove garlic minced

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation & Cooking Steps

  • Mix the butter, curry paste, salt, sugar, and garlic in a bowl.

  • Mix in the shrimp making sure each shrimp is fully covered with the marinade.

  • Skewer 3-4 shrimp to a bamboo skewer (optional)

  • Pre-heat your grill to 375 degrees

  • Place the skewers onto the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes

  • Turn the skewers to cook the other side for 1-2 minutes

  • The shrimps are done once they curl and their shells are bright orange red
