An easy and tasty grilled item that nobody minds getting their hands dirty with. Servings: 4

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb shrimp (shell on, head on but deveined)
2 tablespoons of softened butter
4 teaspoons of CurryFresh red curry paste (yellow paste is also a great option)
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
Mix the butter, curry paste, salt, sugar, and garlic in a bowl.
Mix in the shrimp making sure each shrimp is fully covered with the marinade.
Skewer 3-4 shrimp to a bamboo skewer (optional)
Pre-heat your grill to 375 degrees
Place the skewers onto the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes
Turn the skewers to cook the other side for 1-2 minutes
The shrimps are done once they curl and their shells are bright orange red
