Serve with roti paratha or add grilled chicken to create an easy chicken tikka masala. Servings: 4

Ingredients
Oil / butter / ghee
1/2 cup finely diced white onion
2 tbs fresh ginger (minced)
2 tbs fresh garlic (minced)
6 tbs tomato paste
4 tbs CurryFresh masala paste
1 cup water
1.5 cup half & half
Salt & Sugar to taste
Directions
Pre-heat sauce pan to medium/high
Add cooking oil or butter or ghee
Add ginger and garlic and stir until fragrant
Add the finely diced onion and stir until partially cooked
Add 6 tbs of tomato paste and 4 tbs of CurryFresh masala paste
Stir the paste and mix everything together
Add 1 cup of water and mix well
Add salt & sugar to taste
Add 1.5 cup of half & half
Taste & make adjustments as necessary
Bring to simmer, then serve
Garnish with some herbs of your choice
