Chicken Tikka Skewers

Chicken Tikka Skewers made with our Masala Curry Paste. Serve with rice or naan. Servings: 2


  • 1 lb chicken

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tbs CurryFresh Masala Curry Paste

  • 1 tbs minced ginger & garlic

  • 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp sugar

  • Selection of vegetables


  • Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes.

  • Mix all ingredients (except for the vegetables) together in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge or leave overnight.

  • Cut a selection of vegetables into 1 inch cubes.

    • For instance: bell pepper, onion, squash & tomato.

  • Skewer the chicken & vegetables.

  • Place skewers onto pre-heated grill.

  • Cook until chicken is done.

  • Serve hot with rice or naan.
