Chicken Tikka Skewers made with our Masala Curry Paste. Serve with rice or naan. Servings: 2
Ingredients
1 lb chicken
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbs CurryFresh Masala Curry Paste
1 tbs minced ginger & garlic
1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp sugar
Selection of vegetables
Directions
Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes.
Mix all ingredients (except for the vegetables) together in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge or leave overnight.
Cut a selection of vegetables into 1 inch cubes.
For instance: bell pepper, onion, squash & tomato.
Skewer the chicken & vegetables.
Place skewers onto pre-heated grill.
Cook until chicken is done.
Serve hot with rice or naan.
